Hello, and thanks for stopping by! It’s the first week of October 2017, so you know what that means? Time to decorate for Halloween! I wanted to share a few pictures with you to show you what we’ve been up to. When I say “We”, I mean me and my kids! My girls, especially, were very eager to decorate this year. (Every Halloween, for that matter). Halloween is kind of a favorite time around here.
Here’s where we started. I had recently restyled my living room, which you can see here. I created more of a gray and white, with touches of black and pink. I found this cute little bench from Safavieh. You can also find by downloading the Eyely App, here. You can also receive 20% off your order, when you use the code CHIC20.
We started out simple on the mantle, but ended up going a little crazy! Haha!
Most of this is from HomeGoods: Mirror, candles and candlesticks, black cats, white pumpkins, fox, black puff ball garland, and white basket for plant.
The spooky goods are mostly from Michael’s. The cute little pillow in front is from my friend Liz’s Easy shop at Home and Fabulous.
The Front Porch
I built my look on the front porch around purple mums from Lowes. Then, I used real white pumpkins from Safeway, and faux white and pink pumpkins from Michael’s to build around the mums. Then, I pulled out some favorite HomeGoods pieces. The gray wood pumpkin is from HomeGoods, the Olive ceramic jar, the birch look wreath, and the black pom pom garland too.
Next, I added in some spook! The giant spider and haunted goods are from the Halloween Spirit Store. The little black ravens are from the Dollar Tree, and the black branches are from HomeGoods.
The wreath is one that I use for Fall, I just spooked it up with a sparkly skull in the center.
