Client Project: Mid Mod Restyle
Hey guys! I want to introduce you to my Mid-Century Modern home remodel/refresh, aka Mid Mod Beauty! My client, and friend, bought this home about 3 years ago. It was built in the 1950’s, and had a great layout, but the previous owners had made it resemble a cabin. It had huge beams and cathedral ceilings, and lots of original 50’s fixtures.
My client and her husband are empty nesters, and they wanted to create something modern, fresh and open. They covered the heavy beams, moved a few walls, and created a gorgeous, light and bright, open concept home. She asked me to come over and give her a hand pulling the interiors together because her home was going to be featured on a community Home Tour. I gladly accepted the challenge! I’ll be sharing before and after photos with you here!
