A Little Story About Our Founder

Amy Nicole Style was created by our lead designer, Amy Romero.  Her business was formerly known as Crazy Chic Design, but recently underwent a style update, hence the new name was born! Amy received her MA degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from San Jose State University back in 2001, and worked as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for 19 years, while raising a young family with her husband Albert.  Her passion for creativity, architecture, design and home decor led her to share all of her personal home DIY projects via social media, about 7 years ago.  She quickly gained the attention of many, and became a stylist and blogger for a large retailer.  As she continued to share her projects and creations, local followers began requesting her design work in their homes.  She continued to work as a SLP and a Stylist for about 6 years, until she decided she would give her interior design business her full-time attention.  Today, Amy Nicole Style is a small family business that offers an array of skill and talents.  She has been a Style Maker for Better Homes and Gardens Magazine since 2017, and has had her work published.
